Start from the beginning....

Well, where do I start?
Sam and I met in 2005, when he came to Hobe Sound Bible College to further his education.
We started dating March 2006 and Sam proposed in April. We didn't think it would be too smart to get married right away, so we lived our separate lives and planned our wedding for later down the road. Meanwhile, I went on TLC to Honduras. Sam got a new job-the overnight shift at WalMart. Since then, I have been plodding my way through IRCC's nursing program.
We planned on a December wedding. It was set for Christmas Eve, in Alabama. All the plans were made, all we had to do was show up. But a few weeks prior to the "big day," a few family problems came up, including the declining health of two relatives. The stress became too much for my family and for Sam's, so we postponed the wedding. We didn't reschedule the wedding, so everything was "up in the air."
At one point, we weren't sure if getting married was the right thing to do....
